A parent or sidekick accompanies 20 mo.-3 year olds in this 30 minute class focusing on basic motion and body positions. $46
3-4 year olds become more familiar with the specialized vocabulary, basic positions and skills in this 45 minute class. $46
This class encourages increasing independence in performing the basic skills. While perfecting body positions and fundamentals youngster ages 5-6 also begin working on increasing strength and flexibility. $46
This beginning gymnastics class covers all the fundamental body position, technique and beginning skills. For ages 6 and up with little or no experience. $50
The perfect class for students with some experience and famiiarity with gymnastics apparatus plus solid performance of basic skills. A coach's recommendation or completed Basix progression card is required. All students must practice twice per week. $75
For boys only 7 years and up who have a basic familiarity with gymnastics apparatus and basic skills. $46
A recreational cheer team for ages 5 and up that teaches all aspects of cheerleading: tumbling, stunting, dance, jumps plus all the basic motions and body positions including strength and flexibility. This team will have some local performances during the winter and spring. A $60 uniform fee will be collected later in the season (October/November). $50
A 45 minute class that focuses on back-handsprings only and a great supplement to any gymnastics or cheer class or team. Must have some prior tumbling/gymnastics experience. $46
This accelerated 90 min. class meets twice each week. Just for gymnasts 7 and up interested in competing in the upcoming season. Some possible dual/intramural meets. $85
All camps are Co-Ed and when enrollment allows, groups will be formed according to age and skill level. Family and friends are invited to a Camp Showcase the last half-hour of each camp, Friday 11:30-Noon or 3:30-4:00. Campers will receive a special award for their participation. Registration is open until the start of camp as capacity allows. No guarantees can be made on day-of registrations. Half Day Camps $90 (Mon-Fri 9 a.m.-Noon or 1-4 p.m.):
Kinder Kamp (ages 3-6) Action packed theme camp with activities and gymnastics circuits just for youngsters <Weeks 1,4,5,7,8,10,11 All A.M.>
Gym Jam (ages 6 and up) Gymnastics only recreational camp focused on basic to intermediate skills on every apparatus <Weeks 4,8 A.M. Week 1 P.M.>
Mustangs Madness (ages 6 and up) This is the ultimate cheer camp: learn an all-star routine complete with jumps, stunts, tumbling and dance <Weeks 3,6,10 All A.M.>
Flip Factory (ages 6 and up) Tumbling and trampoline camp perfect for everything upside-down: handsprings, aerials and more! <Week 7 A.M., Weeks 2,10 P.M.>
Full-Day Camps $150 (Mon-Fri 9 a.m.-4 p.m.):
Kidz Club (ages 3 and up) Full day of gym events and activities plus a craft session. Campers bring their own sack lunch and drink for an outside picnic in our shaded backyard. HAC provides 2 snacks, mid-morning and mid-afternoon. <Weeks 2,6>
Gold Medal Dreaming (ages 6 and up) Gymnastics and trampoline Olympic-themed camp with plenty of swinging, flipping and twisting on all apparatus in both gyms. Campers bring their own sack lunch and drink for an outside picnic in our shaded backyard. HAC provides 2 snacks, mid-morning and mid-afternoon. <Week 9>
