Competitive Gymnastics and Cheerleading Teams in Helena

In addition to a strong recreation program, Helena Athletic Club fields competitive gymnastics and cheerleading teams. We are proud of our athlete’s success and strive to continue to be top teams in Montana and the region. If you are interested in joining one of our competitive teams, stop by the office for more information on placements and all-around details. Placements are made based on ability and experience.

Capital City Gymnastics

Helena Athletic Club competitive gymnastics teams compete around the state and region in both USA Gymnastics’ Xcel and Developmental programs.

Mustangs Cheerleading

Mustangs Cheerleading is made up of 3 teams grouped by age and skill level, with 60 athletes ages 5-18 years. Boys and girls compete in USASF sanctioned competitions December-April around the state and Northwest. Some teams perform locally, and some even represent our community at national meets around the country!
